• COD is available on select orders as per our policy.

• Delivery time is 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

• Aura World is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services or unforeseen issues.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
